When I eventually received the parcel I liked the soft bag containing the puzzle. It will make a nice Christmas gift. The reason for the delay in receiving the parcel is because of insufficient details of the address. It is very important that the Parcel Collect details are included ahead of the street number and address as this will ensure tracking by Australia Post and notification of delivery to the Post Office.
