Postage Policy

All Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order (except during weekends and public Holidays)

Small orders are sent as untracked Large letters via Australia Post from Mandurah in Western Australia. Estimated delivery is 10 to 14 working days.

Larger orders will be sent as a parcel via Tracked Australia Post from Mandurah in Western Australia,   Estimated delivery is 10 to 14 working days.

Where applicable, tracking numbers will be emailed with the dispatch confirmation email.

Australia Post delivery times may be unreliable which we have no control over.
